These
are some of the songs we use in our dance presentation, sung
by our friends Jackie and Tony. Jackie is singing the melodies
and the chants and Tony is holding rock. If you don't know
what holding rock means, come and find out! The percussion
instruments they're using are called "Clapper Sticks"
or "Clappers". If you would like to see a demonstration
on how to make a clapper stick, taught by SCIHP Native Youth
Group's advisor, David Smith, Click
HERE. |
